Ms. Mann began her career in healthcare as the COO/Treasurer of a comprehensive Rheumatology practice in Western New York. She was a pioneer in the development of one of the first in-office infusion delivery models
for this specialty and is also a founding member of the National Organization of Rheumatology Managers (NORM). 

Ms. Mann transitioned to the DENT Neurologic Institute in 2015 as Director of the infusion centers where she was instrumental in creating the 36 chair alternative site of care infusion services. The DENT infusion center received the national Intalere Healthcare Achievement award, 2017, for outstanding infusion center operations and patient satisfaction. In 2024 the DENT Infusion Center was the first center in the nation to receive the NICA national accreditation of excellence. 

Christine is a recipient of the Business First Award as a Woman of Influence for the ground-up development of infusion centers and in 2023 was named as an outstanding executive for healthcare achievements.

Katie Passanisi is a nationally recognized executive leader in behavioral health and interventional psychiatry. She currently serves as Managing Director of CareNet GPO, where she leads strategic growth, vendor partnerships, and operational consulting for psychiatric and interventional practices across the U.S.

In addition, Katie is Director of Behavioral Health and Interventional Psychiatry at a DENT Neurologic Institute, overseeing strategy, clinical operations, and market development for divisions that collectively manage over 27,000 patient visits annually.

Katie’s career path reflects both breadth and depth—beginning in direct care and nursing before advancing into leadership roles that drove significant growth, including a $2M increase in revenue over two years through innovation and strategic leadership. 

She is a frequent national speaker and panelist, contributing to industry forums and advisory boards focused on program development, reimbursement strategy, and clinical innovation. 

Beyond her professional roles, Katie is deeply engaged in community leadership. She serves on nonprofit boards and advisory committees, advancing awareness and resources for mental health, addiction, and breast cancer survivorship.

Katie holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and is a nurse with specialized certifications in TMS, mental health first aid, and medical office management.
